Fixed-scope offering

From "what do we actually need?" to a well-founded platform choice, in a fixed number of steps. No vendor ties, so the outcome is yours.

Intake and requirements: what you're building, who builds and maintains it, and the governance and IT constraints that apply.
Approach decision: no-code, low-code, AI-assisted development, traditional code, or a combination.
Shortlist and demos: two to four platforms. Each vendor gets a scenario, workflow or process from your own organization to demo, so you see how the platform handles your work, not the vendor's favorite features.
Proof of concept (optional): one realistic use case built on the top one or two candidates.
Recommendation: a report with a scored comparison, total cost, lock-in and exit options, and a roadmap for the first steps.

A documented recommendation you can defend to management, and a clear starting point.

Duration: 4 to 6 weeks including the optional proof of concept, shorter without it. Scope and fixed price are agreed after a short intake.

Hourly or interim
Best when the scope is still moving, or when you need senior capacity inside your team for a while. We agree on a rate and a rough number of days per week.
Fixed-price project
Best when the outcome is clear, like a health check, a platform selection or a well-defined build. You know the cost up front.
